  • Chicken breasts

  • Lemon juice

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic (minced)

  • Fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, parsley)

  • Salt-free seasoning blend

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.

  2. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
